Math Bowl: The Super Bowl of Math
Presented by: Mr. Corcoran MATH BOWL

The Super Bowl of Math is a football themed test prep game that requires students to use their mathematical skills and reasoning, as well as teamwork, to solve various math related football scenarios. MATH BOWL incorporates questions and concepts from all four Math Benchmarks and makes them relevant to situations found in an NFL football game. Students work in teams of five and are assigned a helmet to represent their team. Teams must correctly answer the questions to advance their helmet up the field. Questions are worth 10, 20, 30, or 40 yards based on difficulty. Each touchdown is worth 7 points, and the team with the highest score at the end of the game is the winner.
